Step 2: Secure your Booking
Our Standard Payment Schdule
Stage 1: 50% Deposit to Secure your Booking.
Stage 2: 25% Payment Due on Vehicle Drop Off.
Stage 3: 25% Remaining Balance on Completion.
Our Lead Time between Paying your Deposit and Dropping Your Van off is Usually 4-5 Weeks, please be aware this may vary if it is during your Busy Period.
Step 3: Dropping Off Your Van
When you Drop your Vehicle Off at our Workshop, we'll go through any Final Details, Answer any Last-Minute Questions, and Confirm your Interior Colour Choices if you Haven't Already.
Once Everything is Approved, your Campervan Conversion is Ready to Begin.
Step 4: Your Conversion Begins
Our Team Works on Several Campervan Conversions at Once, with Each Vehicle Progressing through Carefully Planned Stages.
As a Guide, Most Conversions Take Between 6–12 Weeks, Depending on the Specification and How Busy Our Workshop is.
Step 5: Design Your Cabinetry
Whether you've Chosen one of our Conversion Packages or a Fully Bespoke Build, our Cabinetry Team will Create a Detailed Digital Furniture Design.
You'll be Invited in to Review and Approve the Design Before Manufacturing Begins, Ensuring Everything is Exactly as you Want it.
Step 6: Quality Control
Before your Campervan is Handed Over, it Undergoes a Thorough Quality Control Inspection. Our Team Carefully Checks Every Aspect of the Conversion, Ensuring all Systems, Furniture, Fittings and Finishes Meet our High Standards Before you're Ready to Collect your Vehicle.
Step 7: Collection & Handover
When you Collect your Campervan, a Member of Our Team will Guide you through Every Feature and System, Ensuring you're Confident Using Everything.
You'll Also Receive a Comprehensive Handover Pack Containing your Warranty Certificate, Invoices, and All Manuals and Instructions for the Components Installed in your Vehicle.
