Our Conversion Process: How does it Work?

How our Workshop Works
To Help Keep all Projects Running Smoothly, our Workshop is Divided into Two Teams:
Team 1 – Small Jobs Team
This Team Handles Smaller Projects and Upgrades, Including:
- Awnings
- Windows
- Lining
- Part-build conversions
- Other Smaller Installation Jobs
Team 2 – Full Conversions Team
This Team Completes Full Van Conversions from Start to Finish.
Booking Your Van In:
When you Book your Van in with us, a Member of our Team will give you a Lead Time.
The Lead Time is the Period Between:
1. Paying your Deposit, and
2. Being able to Drop your Van Off at our Workshop.
This Allows us to Plan Upcoming Projects and Manage our Workshop Schedule.
Dropping Off Your Van:
Once your Van is Dropped Off at our Workshop, it Officially Joins our Build Queue.
From this Point, Team 2 Works through Vehicles in the Order they Arrive.
This Queue Becomes the Team’s Priority List for Full Conversions.
We Always Aim to Keep Projects moving as Efficiently as Possible while Maintaining the Quality of our Work.
Conversion Timelines:
Smaller Jobs Completed by Team 1 are Usually Carried out within a Shorter Timeframe, Depending on the Work being Completed. Our Team will Advise you dependant on the Job.
For Full Conversions, once your Van has been Dropped Off and Joins the Queue. We generally Estimate that our Full Builds will take between 6-10 Weeks, dependant on the Conversion Specification.
