These terms tell you who we are, how we provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. We are One Five Two Vehicle Conversions Ltd. "By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accept our terms and conditions".

Application
These terms and conditions specify that they apply to the provision of materials or services made by us, One Five Two Vehicle Conversions Ltd to the customer.

Formation of Contract
The customer is required to agree to these terms and conditions, by accepting them during the ordering or purchase process.

Quotations and Orders
Any prices, quantities and delivery time stated in the quotation are not binding on the company. They are commercial estimates which One Five Two Vehicle Conversions Ltd will make the best efforts to achieve. All quotations made will be valid for 3 months from quotation date. Orders will be deemed to be placed once a non-refundable deposit has been received. Any hold up in payment will result in delays in works being carried out.

Timetable
At One Five Two Vehicle Conversions Ltd, we hold a heartfelt commitment to delivering our services and materials within the timeframe specified in your contract. We want to express our sincere appreciation for your trust in our work. However, its important to convey that while we provide high-quality results, the exact timing is not the foundation of our agreement. We kindly request your understanding that, on rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may impact our ability to adhere to the schedule. In such cases, we regretfully cannot assume responsibility for any additional expenses or costs that might rise, including those associated with campsites reservations or ferry bookings.

We genuinely aspire to meet the deadlines we establish, we also want to emphasize the value of flexibility. With your wounderful adventure in mind, we warmly recommend allowing for a comfortable buffer period beween the proposed collection date and the start of your journey. This thoughtful approach will ensure tht your adventure begins with ease and joy. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are of the utmost importance to us, and we are truly grateful for your understanding of the dynamic nature of project timelines.

payments
Once the quote is agreed upon via email we will then take the initial 50% deposit. Another 25% deposit is required when vehicle is dropped off at our workshops. The remaining balance will be rquired on completion and collection of vehicle.

Remaining funds must be cleared with One Five Two Vehicle Conversions Ltd before we allow any converted vehicles to leave our premises. One Five Two Vehicle Conversions Ltd reserves the right to increase a quoted fee in the event the customer requests a variation to work agreed.

Delivery of Vehicle
Ahead of your conversion at One Five Two Vehicle Conversions Ltd please ensure that your vehicle is delivered with as little fuel as possible in the fuel tank. All vehicles resectfully must arrive in house as clean as possible for any scheduled conversion works. This would help us reach the high-level finish we aim to achieve. Having a clean base vehicle is essential. All customer belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to your arrival. We will not be held responsible for the safe keeping of any personal belongings. If a vehicle arrives needing removal of items, it will result in an additional cost of £250 + vat for removal and clean

Alterations & Additions
Once the order and the initial deposit payment received, we commence our work. Any further alterations after project completion and final payment has been taken, we will happily schedule any further works at a later date to ensure a smooth flow of our operations without causing undue delays.

Warranty
The 12 month warranty on conversion work and parts supplied by One Five Two Vehicle Conversons Ltd is independant of the manufacturer's warranty. Cusomers are responsible for registering their manufacturer's warranty separtely. Please be aware that this warranty excludes damage or defaults resulting from unreasonable usage causing damage or default.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the cusomer upon delivery of the goods. Inspection and Damage Report: Please inspect your vehicle thoroughly before you drive it away, we will not be held responsible for any damage reported after the vehicle has left our premises.

Cancellation
Once we, at One Five Two Vehicle Conversions Ltd have confirmed your order for vehicle conversion, it cannot be cancelled. However, we understand that there maybe exceptional circumstances where cancellation is necessary, in such cases, we would consider it, but would require you the customer to reimburse us for any costs, expenses, or charges we've already incurred, including those paid to subcontractors.

Loss or Damage to Supplies
We, at One Five Two Vehicle Convesions Ltd, will make all reasonable efforts to protect the services and materials it provides to the customer from loss, damage, or destruction, taking reasonable precautions to ensure their safety. This safegurading may also extend to materials or services received from the customer.

Limitation of Liability
The customer is obliged to provide comprehensive indemnification to we at (One Five Two Vehicle Conversions Ltd) safeguarding it against any pottential liabilities to third parties resulting from the cusomer untilization of the goods.

Copyright Acknowledgement
The customer acknowledges that the rights to the goods are owned by One Five Two Vehicle Conversions Ltd, and that the goods are protected by United Kingdom coyright laws, international treaty provisions, and all other applicable national laws.

Governing Law
These Terms of Trading are explicitly by the legal framework of England. In the event of any disputes, controversies, or legal matters arrising from the execution of this agreement, both parties mutually and unequivocally consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the purpose of adjudication and resolution. This provision ensures that any legal proceedings or disputes related to this agreement will be addressed and settled within the English legal system, as defined by the applicable laws of England.
